When an order was passed in a Mutation Case on 3.7.2018 in favour of the petitioner, respondent no.4 filed an application for recalling the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that because of the pendency of the application, the order dated 3.7.2018 was not being implemented and, therefore, prays that the Recall Application filed by respondent no.4 in Mutation Case No.2235/66/79/438 may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application filed by respondent no.4 in Mutation Case No.2235/66/79/438 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
