JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, admittedly has caused some delay in filing the current records of the vehicle intended to be replaced. The regular permit as evidenced at Ext.P1 was issued to a stage carriage having registration No.KL-59 6336. Clearance certificate was sought for the vehicle which was granted as per Ext.P2, granting four months' time to produce the current records of the vehicle to be substituted. Admittedly, the four months' time expired on 05.09.2014. In any event, since the petitioner is said to have produced the current records of a vehicle as per Ext.P3, there should be no impediment in the same being considered. However, it is made clear that if the current records produced is now available with the RTA, then the same shall be considered, subject however, to no revocation of the permit having been made. Writ petition is disposed of.
