Heard Mr.Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner and perused the relevant papers annexed with this petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, notice, returnable on 2.2.2012. Mr.Raval, learned APP appears and waives service of notice for respondent No.3. Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 6(C) is granted in the meanwhile, on the condition that on or before the returnable date, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.50000/- before the trial Court. D.S permitted, to be served through the concerned police station.
