JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. who has put in appearance on behalf of the State, opposite party no.1.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2, the first informant returnable at an early date.
Steps may be taken within seven days by registered post failing which the interim order which is being passed hereinbelow shall come to an end automatically.
List in the second week of February, 2010.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the opposite party no.2 happens to be wife of petitioner no.1 and there is a possibility of compromise between the parties therefore this matter may be sent to the Mediation and Reconciliation Center of this Court. Let the petitioners deposit an amount of Rs.8,000/- in favour of wife, opposite party no.2 and Rs.2000/- in favour of Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court within ten days from today. Matter would be referred when the wife, opposite party no.2, (wife), Sushma Devi, appears and gives consent.
In view of the above, it is provided that till the next date of listing the petitioners (Jaduvir Singh alias Guddu Singh, Urvesh Kumar Singh, Ram Sanehi, Poonam Devi and Babloo) shall not be arrested in Complaint Case No.1480 of 2008/ Complaint No.510 of 2008, under Sections 452, 352, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Pasgawan, District Lakhimpur Kheri.
