Learned advocate Mr.Shah points out that the present petitioner has executed a sale deed on 18th April, 2007 in respect of suit property bearing Survey No. 154 situated in the sim of Mandvi and therefore he has direct interest which has not been recognized. Request made to the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge seeking leave to prefer an appeal against the decree passed by the trial Court in Special Civil Suit No. 115 of 2007 in absence of present petitioner, is denied Issue notice returnable on 12th July, 2012. Notice to respondent NO. 1 through RPAD.
