Jadavji vs State

It is submitted by learned APP Mr.Dabhi, on instructions, that the trial has commenced and ten witnesses are examined and the matter is kept on 15th and 16th and 17th of this month for examination of other witnesses. In view of the above, learned advocate for the application seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that if the trial is not over within six months, the applicant is at liberty to file fresh application for bail before the appropriate Court.
