[1.0] Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original appellants - original defendants to condone the delay of 118 days caused in filing the present application to join the opponents herein as party respondents in the Second Appeal No.195 of 2010 as well as Civil Application No.10321 of 2010 and to join the opponents herein as party respondents in main Second Appeal No.195 of 2010 as well as Civil Application No.10321 of 2010.
[1.1] Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the proposed respondents - opponents herein.
[2.0] Having heard Shri Vimal Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and considering the averments in the application, present application is allowed and delay caused in preferring the present application is hereby condoned and applicants are permitted to join the opponents herein as party respondents in main Second Appeal No.195 of 2010 as well as Civil Application No.10321 of 2010. Rule is made absolute accordingly. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of Second Appeal No.195 of 2010 as well as Civil Application No.10321 of 2010 accordingly.
