[1.0] Present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicants herein - appellants for an interim relief to stay further execution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 28.08.2009 passed by the learned 3rd Fast Track Court, Junagadh in Regular Civil Appeal No.30 of 1999 as well as the judgment and decree dated 07.10.1998 passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Junagadh in Regular Civil Suit No.252 of 1986.
[2.0] By order dated 13.10.2011, the learned Single Judge has granted the ad-interim relief staying the further implementation, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 28.08.2009 passed by the learned 3rd Fast Track Court, Junagadh.
[3.0] Though served, nobody appears on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 herein. Under the circumstances, the ad-interim relief granted earlier on 13.10.2011 is hereby directed to be continued as interim relief during the pendency and final disposal of the main Second Appeal and the ad-interim relief granted earlier is made absolute till final disposal of the main Second Appeal. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
