JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By this application, the applicants seek fixation of an early date of hearing of Second Appeal No.217 of 2010.
2. From the averments made in the memorandum of application, no special circumstances have been made out so as to list the matter out of turn for hearing. Second Appeals of 1981 are pending before this Court, in the circumstances no case is made out for fixation of an early date of hearing by present applicants. The application is accordingly rejected.
