1. Office objections are dispensed with.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original respondents for fixing early date of hearing of the main second appeal.
3. It is required to be noted that earlier very applicants had preferred Civil Application No.2095 of 2012 for the very relief and learned Single Judge vide order dated 28/02/2012 dismissed the said Civil Application by observing that no special circumstances have been made so as to list the matter out of turn for hearing. Thereafter within a period of three months, the present application has been preferred by the applicants for the very same relief. Hence, considering earlier order dated 28/02/2012 passed by learned Single Judge, the present Civil Application is dismissed.
