JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Learned advocate for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the petitions.
2. The learned advocate for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners intend to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court in connection with the action of the respondent authority terminating service of the petitioners.
Since present petitions are not directed against any particular order and considering the fact that the order of which reference are made in the petitions have already challenged by the petitioners by way of appropriate proceedings on earlier occasion and challenge against the said orders have culminated into appropriate orders on earlier, this Court cannot take into consideration the said order. The petitions are, therefore not entertained.
3. The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and as may be advised or as may be considered appropriate.
