JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to ensure proper compliance of the injunction order of the court below against respondents 3 to 5. Petitioner, having approached the civil court and obtained an interim order, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the civil court, if the order is violated as alleged.
The Writ Petition for police protection cannot be entertained and the same is closed.
