When the aforementioned application for anticipatory bail was taken up for consideration today, the learned Public Prosecutor fairly submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioner herein. In this view of the matter, this application for anticipatory bail is closed recording the above said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor.
