The petitioner has put in a claim to lift the attachment before judgment effected in the property. The same is pending as I.A. No. 4166/2013 in O.S. No. 646/2013. The petitioner contends that he is a bonafide purchaser for value and seeks early consideration.

2. I direct the Court of the Ist Additional Subordinate Judge of Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of I.A. No. 4166/2013 in O.S. No. 646/2013 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the interlocutory application within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
