The petitioner has filed the above writ petition claiming relief from the Debt Relief Scheme of 2008. The writ petition itself is seen filed in the year 2013. Admittedly, the petitioner shall also issued with a one time settlement offer as per Ext.P3. The declaration sought to include the loans under the Debt Relief Scheme of 2008 cannot be sustained. The provisions of the scheme, which are necessary for consideration of the writ petition as also not been produced herein.
