JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
The applicant has prayed for parole leave on the ground that he has to undergo round of chemotherapy for the ailment of tissue tumour as advised by the Doctor and in the past he was granted such parole leave and thereafter surrendered in time.
Considering the above aspect, nature of ailment of the applicant and he had surrendered in time, I am inclined to consider the request of the applicant for grant of parole for a period of three weeks from the date of release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 2,000/- to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions. On completion of such period the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority in time.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
