This petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"(i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner under the Uttar Pradesh Daily Wages Appointment on Group 'D' Post Rules, 2001 and Uttar Pradesh Regularization of persons working on Daily Wages or on work charge or contract in Government Department on Group 'C' and Group 'D' Post (Outside purview of the U.P. Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3, in respect of his grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
