This Court, by order dated 28.3.2018 in Writ-A No.8733 of 2018, permitted the applicant to file representation alongwith documentary evidence within two weeks claiming regularization with further direction that in case any such claim is raised, it shall be decided within next four months.
It is not disputed that representation alongwith certified coy of the order was sent to opposite party by registered post on 12.4.2018 and in normal course, it would take about a week to deliver the registered cover to the addressee. Barely four months have expired and the applicant has rushed to this Court in contempt proceedings.
This Court is not inclined to proceed in contempt at this stage. The contempt application is accordingly dismissed.
