Heard Mr. Umesh A. Trivedi, learned Advocate for the applicants.
It is say of Mr. Trivedi that the papers of charge sheet, which is produced by him, are on record at page nos. 12 to 21. Actually, the charge sheet in tabular form showing the actual charges levelled by the Investigating Agency against the present applicants could not be ascertained.
Learned A.P.P. Ms. Maithili Mehta also confirms that the paper does not include the charge sheet in tabular form. She has requested that she may call upon the requisite papers and concerned officers by tomorrow.
