The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition Matter under Article 227 No. 5741 of 2018 ( Bhagirathi Kannaujiya And Another Vs. State of U.P. & others.). The aforesaid order is quoted as under:-
"On the request of Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Phool Chandra Yadav, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 4,5,6 and 7, lay as fresh again on 29th August, 2018.
Till 29.8.2018 no demolition shall take place."
Today when the matter is taken up, a supplementary affidavit has been filed today, the same is taken on record. it reveals from perusal of the same that the interim order has not been extended after 04.02.2021.
In the circumstances, this court is of the opinion that no contempt has been made out.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
