Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of State, learned counsel for the respondent no.4, Nagar Nigam and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.9.2017, annexure no.3 to this writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is encroachment on the public road creating hurdle and problem to the public including the petitioner and inspite of representation and request of the petitioner and complaint in Tehsil Diwas on 13.12.2017 no appropriate action has been taken for removal of the encroachment from the public passes/government land.
Considered the submissions. The respondents no.3 and 4 shall look into the matter and consider the complaint/representation of the petitioner after appropriate inquiry and if it is found that there is encroachment on the public land/public road he will take appropriate step, in accordance with law, for removal of the encroachment within reasonable period.
Accordingly, present writ petition is finally disposed off.
