Shri.Shiva Nand Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Shri.Shivendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel are in agreement that this writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by co-ordinate bench of this Court in bunch matters leading being Writ-C No.11760 of 2011, whereby paragraph 2 of the Government Order dated 06.1.2011 has been struck down being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and ultra vires.
The impugned order dated 07.5.2019 passed by the respondent no.3 is set-aside with the direction that the respondent no.2 shall pass appropriate orders for appointment on class 4 post expeditiously with regard to the petitioner's college within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
