Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned Brief Holder, appearing for the State, upon instructions states that after completing investigation police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against four accused and has been forwarded to the senior officers of the department.
In view of the statement of the learned Brief Holder this petition does not require any further consideration. It would however be open to the petitioner to avail such remedy as may be available, in accordance to law, if he is not satisfied with the police report.
Petition stands disposed of.
