1) Mr.
B.B. Nayak, learned senior advocate with Mr. H.M. Prachchhak, learned advocate for the applicants has placed on record a copy of the order dated 30th April 2012 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge, whereby he has permitted the complainant, namely, the respondent No.2 herein to withdraw the complaint which is subject matter of challenge in the present application. He, accordingly, submits that in the light of the fact that the complaint itself has been withdrawn, this application has been rendered infructuous.
2) In the light of the aforesaid, the application is disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Liberty to revive in case of difficulty.
