Supehia, learned Advocate for petitioner has placed on record letter dated 7th February 2011 written by the petitioner to the respondent No.3. Mr. Supehia, learned Advocate has submitted that his client i.e. the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the petition on the basis of his own letter dated 7th February 2011 addressed to the respondent No.3.
In view of the said instruction, Mr. Supehia, learned Advocate for petitioner has requested for permission to withdraw the petition.
Permission is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged. I.R., if any, stands vacated forthwith.
