J vs State

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far as petitioner Nos. 2 to 7 are concerned, they will file separate petitions.

If sufficient court fees and advocate welfare fund fees and other fees payable, are paid for all petitioners at the time of filing of the present petition then appropriate set off / adjustment may be given in accordance with Rules if and when the said petitioner Nos. 2 to 7 file their separate petition.
