JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The applicant-original petitioner No.23 has filed this application for the following reliefs:-
"(A) That Your Lordships be kind enough to direct the respondent to clear and pay the amount of Provident Fund lying with the respondent and be further pleased to direct the respondent to consider the case of the applicant for grant of pension;
(B) That Your Lordships be further pleased to fix original SCA No.1127 of 2003 for final hearing on any date convenient to this Hon'ble Court;
(C) Any other and such further relief as the Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."
2. Considering the averments made in the application as well as taking into consideration the fact that the main writ petition is admitted in the year 2004, the same is fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 19.03.2012.
3. However, prayer 4(A) of the present application cannot be granted.
4. The application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
