2. It is represented, on behalf of the Respondent/District Educational Officer, Erode, that he had issued Proceedings on 23.01.2017 by granting temporary approval in regard to the filling up of post.
3. At this stage, this Court had perused the conditions imposed in the said Proceedings of the Respondent dated 23.01.2017.
4. In view of the fact that the Respondent/District Educational Officer had complied with the order passed by this Court on 04.03.2016 in W.A.No.232 of 2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
