ORDER:
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the revision is filed challenging order dated 16-06-2011 passed by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad in R.A No. 4 of 2011 which was filed questioning the order passed in an interlocutory application in R.C No.439 of 2009 on the file of the IV Additional Rent Controller, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad and that in the meanwhile, the R.C itself was disposed of.
Hence, the C.R.P is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
