(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.,J ) The petitioner is the husband of one Mrs.Siva.Padmini daughter of Mr.Venkataraman aged 31 years. The marriage between them was celebrated on 02.05.2014. According to the petitioner, from 11.03.2017 onwards, she has been found missing. In this regard, the petitioner has made a compliant to second respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the second respondent would submit that the investigation has revealed that Mrs.Siva.Padmini has eloped with one Mr.Sakthi son of Mr.Ramamoorthy, Mayiladuthurai and there is no illegal detention. The said statement is recorded.
3. In the result, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, with a direction to the respondent Police to investigate the matter further.
