By impugned order dated 25.1.2006, passed by the Trade Tax Tribunal, Agra, in Second Appeal No.646/2001 (Year 1997-98)(Central), the Tribunal has upheld the rejection of books of accounts but partly allowed the appeal by reducing the liability of tax by Rs.80,000/-.
I do not find any error of law in the impugned order of the Tribunal. The controversy is concluded by findings of fact.
In view of the aforesaid, the revision is dismissed.
