ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the respondents have been demanding electricity consumption charges at three times the normal electricity charges only on the ground that the petitioners did not secure Occupancy Certificates in respect of their respective houses from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad.
At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties fairly conceded that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition was decided by this Court in W.P.No.32906 of 2014, which was allowed by order dated 05.11.2014.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the order dated 05.11.2014 in W.P.No.32906 of 2014, with the direction that the observations and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.41236 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
