ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 has not been releasing the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop though his authorization is renewed up to 31.03.2015.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court the release order, dated 26.11.2014, issued by respondent No.3.
This Court is thoroughly dissatisfied with the conduct of respondent No.3 in withholding the stocks. However, as he has taken corrective steps at least after coming to know about the filing of the Writ Petition, he is let off with a severe warning not to repeat such conduct in future.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49313 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
