O R D E R:
The issue raised in this writ petition relates to the regularization of services of the petitioner under Air India Limited.
2. The issue is no longer res integra. This Court had occasion to consider this very issue in a batch of writ petitions, viz., W.P.No.20102 of 2011 and batch and disposed of the same by order dated 07.03.2013 with directions. A copy of the said order is placed on record.
3. In terms thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to engage the services of the petitioner continuously without effecting any artificial breaks so long it is felt necessary for engaging his services without resorting to engaging the services of freshers. Interim order dated 31.07.2012 shall stand vacated in the light of this final order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
