RESPONDENTS ORDER:
In view of the letter dated 17.11.2014 filed by Smt. N(P). Anjana Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner wherein a request is made to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed.
