ORDER This petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 05.09.2017 passed in Writ Petition Nos.134 and 135 of 2017 by the learned Single Judge, has been disobeyed.
2. In terms of the said order, the respondents were directed to consider the fresh representation to be made by the complainant and if satisfied to renew the licence etc., 3. A counter affidavit has been filed by the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Bengaluru Urban Division, Bengaluru, who is the second accused. She has stated that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with in terms of the communication dated 28.06.2018 as well as the subsequent order dated 25.04.2019.
4. In view of the same, we do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter. Hence, the proceedings are dropped.
