This petition is filed praying to quash the complaint filed by the respondent herein in S.T.C. No. 1201/2010, on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem. M.S. RAMESH.J., ak/rm
2. Today, when the matter taken up for consideration, Mr. R. Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main case in S.T.C. No. 1201 of 2010 has already been closed. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
