ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ petition was filed challenging letter No.R.No.11322/A5/2006, dated 27.11.2006 of the second respondent suspending the driving license of the petitioner for a period of six months or till the investigation is completed, which ever is earlier.
The said order is dated 27.11.2006 and it expires by 26.5.2007. However, the said order was suspended by this Court by order dated 21.08.2007. In view of efflux of time, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ petition as the impugned order itself was worked out.
The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
