JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and demarcation work as sought for by her with regard to Ac.1-05 cents in Survey No.1625/AA of Vemsur Village and Mandal, Khammam District, in spite of her representation, dated 05.07.2014.
3. Learned Government Pleader has secured instructions and submits that appropriate action on the petitioner’s request was already taken and because the Mandal Surveyor’s post was vacant, no action could be taken earlier. The in-charge surveyor has now posted and he proposed survey on 20.07.2014 and it was re-fixed to 30.07.2014 for which notices have already been issued. It was further stated that detailed report after survey would be prepared along with the Panchanama and submitted to the Tahsildar.
4. Though the date for the proposed survey is available, both the learned counsel are not able to confirm whether survey was conducted as fixed on 30.07.2014 or not. However, in view of the action taken to conduct the survey, as aforesaid, no further directions are called for except directing respondent No.3 Tahsildar and the Mandal Surveyor Respondent No.4 to complete the survey work, if not already completed, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file the report accordingly.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
