By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the entire balance service/terminal benefits as demanded by her in the representation dated 17.08.2017 and pay a sum of Rs.63,42,727/- (Rupees sixty three lakhs forty two thousand seven hundred and twenty seven only) along with interest and compensation with calculation details or in alternative to direct the respondents to dispose of her representation dated 17.08.2017.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has giver her representation dated 17.08.2017, the respondents have not considered the same yet.
4. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
