In the counter affidavit it is stated that the alleged detenu No.1 was arrested in connection with a criminal case and he was also remanded to judicial custody. The alleged detenu No.2 is not wanted in any crime and he was not arrested.
In view of the averments in the aforesaid counter affidavit, the writ petition is closed. However, it would be open for the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. There will be no order as to costs.
