ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.RC.D1CS/5612/2014, dated 25.08.2014, of respondent No.4, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation, while issuing show cause notice.
At the hearing, respondent No.4 is personally present and he has placed before the Court, through the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), letter in Rc.No.D1CS/5612/2014, dated 29.12.2014, addressed to the Government Pleader, whereby he has informed that vide proceedings in D.Dis.No.D1CS/5612/2014, dated 27.12.2014, the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation was restored and the Tahsildar, Ananthapuramu was directed to allot the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.4, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.50939 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
