Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that subject matter of present petition and issues involved in present proceedings are identical to the issues involved in and subject matter of Special Civil Application No.12537 of 2011. He has also submitted that the said petition has been admitted by the Court vide order dated 27.2.2012. Therefore, below mentioned order is passed:-
Rule. To be heard with Special Civil Application No.12537 of 2011.
If any ad-interim relief granted earlier is in operation as of now, it will continue to operate until any other order is passed. It will be open to the respondent authorities to move appropriate application for modification or vacation of the ad-interim relief if such relief is in operation.
As and when such application is submitted, it will be considered appropriately and present order will not stand in way of the respondents to take out appropriate actions.
