[c] for a permanent injunction restraining the 2nd defendant or his men, agents, servants or any person claiming through or under him from in any manner alienating the property bearing Old No.11, New No.21, Rice Mill Street, Kondithope, Chennai-79 morefully described in the schedule hereunder and
[d] to pay the cost of this suit For Plaintiffs : No appearance J U D G M E N T Though the matter is listed today under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs. Hence, this suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
