This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in crime No. 76 of 2012 of Mothkur Police Station, Nalgonda district, for alleged offences punishable under section 447, 427, 379 IPC read with section 34 of IPC.

3. Sri Y. Ashok Raj, Advocate for petitioners submitted that matter is settled in Lok Adalat and an award is passed in terms of compromise on 20/01/2013.
