2. Petitioner’s grievance is that pursuant to his complaint made to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies on 15.10.2019 an order was passed on 28.1.2019 as per Annexure ‘B’ to hold an enquiry in respect of certain irregularities said to have taken place in Nagini Cooperative Credit Society, Bengaluru. By the said order the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies appointed Assistant Registrar as Enquiry Officer and directed him to furnish report within 60 days there from. Petitioner’s grievance is that as on date the enquiry is not complete and the report has not been submitted.
3. On instructions, learned AGA submits that enquiry shall be completed expeditiously and in any event report shall be submitted on or before 15.01.2020. Her submission is placed on record.
Ordered accordingly. No costs.
