JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the Tr.C.M.P. was taken up for hearing on 31.10.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 07.11.2017. Again, when the matter was called on 13.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence this Court directed the Tr.C.M.P. to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 22.11.2017.
2. Today (i.e. on 23.11.2017), when the Tr.C.M.P. is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, either in person or through counsel, inspite of the matter being listed in the said caption. Hence, the Tr.C.M.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
