This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to call for the records and quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.9197 of 2008 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet so far as the petitioner is concerned.

When the case is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent that the entire witnesses were examined in the case in C.C.No.9197 of 2008 on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet and the same is pending due to pendency of this petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.9197 of 2008, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
