Pursuant to order dated 20.12.2012, Mr. A.S. Supehia, learned advocate for respondent No.2 has produced the record of the representations that were considered in the meeting of the Standing Committee held on 19.03.2012. On being asked whether the representation of the petitioner was among the representations considered by the Standing Committee, Mr. Supehia has replied in the negative.
The record pertaining to the decision taken in the case of the petitioner by the Standing Committee on 25.01.2011 has also been produced. It is on the basis of the said decision that the communications dated 05.02.2011 and 08.07.2011 have been addressed by the Registrar (Administration) to the Principal District Judge, Gandhinagar.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 may apprise the Court whether the decision of the Standing Committee meeting held on 25.01.2011 has subsequently been modified or verified.
The record is returned to Mr. Supehia.
