Priya ...Respondent The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to dispose of M.O.P.No.224 of 2014 on the file of the Family Judge at Pondicherry within the time frame that may be fixed by this court.
For Petitioner : Mr.M.A.R.Pragash ORDER The Petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Family Court, Pondicherry, to dispose of the Original Petition in M.O.P.No.224 of 2014 within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.
3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Family Court, Pondicherry to dispose of the Original Petition in M.O.P.No.224 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
